Camp Taiwan Reflection

6. the rain made it very wet and damp and sometimes dangerous, and also hard to concentrate on what we were doing
7. do the first camp during the third week of school so we could all get to know each other better in an academic way first; the welcoming activities were good, meals were excellent, the gambling night fun, as for the outdoor activities I would have better conditions for rain. This was my first camp in many countries that had a fairly uncleared path into the mountains - this was more like an outdoor survival camp than an outdoor education camp.

7. to help some kids to think that camp taiwan is the most memorable things that they did in their entire life, i think we should let them do more crazy things (like river tracing) something that they never done such crazy before, then they will think that camp taiwan were their great experience/ memorable.

7. I like it in the beginning of the semester, because it allows us get to know each other so fast. I LOVE the meal in camp Taiwan. Although camping in rain is a totally different experience, I still prefer to go camping and do some activities in good weather. The camp Taiwan staffs were awesome. Overall, the trip is wonderful except the raining part which isn't under our control.

Just my little comment for the school teachers: I don't think it is necessary to go there every semester or every year because not all people likes such kind of activity. I also think that this camping activity is a little bit expensive. School may choose somewhere else that is also fun, educational, and maybe cheaper for next time. (This may sound like that I'm moaning about camping but I really have to say that I don't enjoy those 3 days at Camp Taiwan).

7.I really like camp taiwan because I got to know a lot of people. Now I know what it feels like to camp outside with bad weather. There were a lot of teamwork involved which is GREAT!

Sorry, but I thought I had done this right...
I was had written previously that I that for the future we could work in advisory time to develop more individual goals specific to initiatives we plan on running. We might also develop some HIS specific metaphors for the initiatives we'll face...
Oh, and I for one would like to go sea kayaking!

1.) Raincoat, I tell myself that every time, yet I never bring a raincoat.
2.) 3 books, I probably shouldn't bother carrying so many books around, as I don't find time to read them at camp.
3.) The local wildlife and ecology.
4.) Camping in the national park, I really think institute 3 should stay there for longer than one night, the food supplies weren't all that heavy, it wouldn't have been overly difficult to bring enough food for another day. I think Institute 3 should be able to camp outside for more than a night.
5.) Camping out in the national park.

7.) I'd prefer it if Institute 3 were permitted to stay in the national park for more than a day. That's all I can really think of. Oh, and also, I'd prefer it if we didn't need to sing for food.
Bring:
1. PROPER rain coat

3. Hat with umbrala on the top of it
4. SORT sorts. (but you'll have to beware of the mosquitoes)
5. Mobile phone (although you can't use in Camp Taiwan, but you might need it when you got back to school.)
6. hope next time we can do the giant stairs and the waterfall climbing.
7. mix all the grades together so that people could get to know each other more.
